Scopey created the well-known multiplayer online combat royal game Stumble Guys. The game, which combines entertaining physics-based obstacles with vibrant and chaotic gameplay, is heavily inspired by the popular TV series Wipeout. The goal of each mini-game is to be the last person remaining, and players compete in a succession of challenging challenges and unforeseen occurrences.
Fundamentally, Stumble Guys is a battle royal game in which players may race through several stages with up to 32 other players. Every level has its own special obstacles, including gigantic swinging hammers, rotating platforms, or slick ice roads. Players must strike a balance between speed and careful movement in order to avoid falling off or being knocked off by hazards in these enjoyable yet challenging levels.
The gameplay is easy to learn yet challenging to perfect. In order to traverse the course, players take control of little characters known as “stumblers,” who have the ability to run, leap, and dive. The environment’s instability and unpredictability make it considerably harder to predict the outcome, even when the controls are simple. A layer of humor is added by the game’s physics system, which frequently knocks players over, sends them flying, or traps them in uncomfortable situations.
Players in Stumble Guys must overcome a series of increasingly difficult tasks in each round. Players must complete the course as quickly as possible while dodging traps in the first few rounds, which are usually elimination rounds. There are less and fewer players left as the rounds progress, until just one triumphant stumbler is left.
